The fifth meeting of the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) held earlier this year in Durban, South Africa, was seen as an opportunity for Africa to strengthen its ties with these major emerging economies.
The theme of the summit was “BRICS and Africa – partnerships for integration and industrialisation” with the goal to unlock potential for cooperation between the BRICS and Africa. In fact, Africa has demonstrated huge potential in terms of economic development prospects, abundant natural resources, growing consumer power and favourable demographics. Rush Limbaugh: "Stop watching Fox News"
One of my New Year's resolutions was to ignore America's two largest gasbags: Rush Limbaugh and Donald Trump.
Both men, with huge egos in tow, say the most stupid and egregious things with inflated air of self-importance.
And in my opinion, Trump and Rush are artificial media inventions. I believe that Trump, bankrupt today billionaire tomorrow, is a mere bagman propped up to be a mogul.
And Rush -- Mr. Oxycontin -- has hugely inflated radio ratings and "bestselling" books that are bought in bulk by right-leaning corporations and foundations to give him an appearance of a huge following.
